As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Counsellor and Coach, I’ve worked with thousands of people to support them through emotional obstacles on their health and wellness journey.
It has been, and continues to be, a great privilege to sit with people, as it is in this space I have learnt so much and have been provided so many opportunities for my own healing.
It has taken me a long time on my own path to reach the level of understanding necessary to be able to share this process of empowerment.
One of my greatest tools along the way has been the use of hypnosis to unlock unconscious processes and guide people to creative solutions and deeper realisations of what is at the core of our issues.
Now more than ever so many people are living in anxiety and fear with their bodies permanently locked in stress responses, sickness, pain and negative cycles. It can be easy to look for external factors to blame and stay in this place.
My deepest wish is to support you to find the courage to sit with the deepest truths in your heart. While this can be fearful, it is the place of most profound healing.
