Your emotional health is just as important as your physical health, but it’s an area we don’t focus on enough. When our minds are busy, full of thoughts, emotions, or simply over-stressed, we’re not living in the present and any day-to-day stressors seem bigger than they need to be.
When we come from a mindful place, we’re able to identify how our minds are behaving, if we have a healthy or unhealthy thought process, and how to calm things down.
In this workshop we have our qualified hypnotherapist and emotional wellness expert Rebecca Eather take you through some simple thought experiments and exercises to help you to bring mindfulness into the day-to-day.

- How your conscious and subconscious mind can work for you, or against you
- The reasons behind your thought processes, and how to steer them in the right direction
- Some basic but powerful exercises to help you to get into a mindful state
