By eating fermented foods (and the probiotic bacteria they contain) daily, we can improve many different aspects of our health, including our gut, skin, and energy.
This workshop is a blend of theory and how-tos. It’s hosted by fermented food queen – naturopath Melissa Salmon. Not only will Iwa show you how to make some of her favourite fermented foods and recipes, but she will also bring you some samples to try!
