Fermentation has been happening for thousands of years, but it’s something that we’re not so familiar with these days. By eating fermented foods (and the probiotic bacteria they contain) daily, we can improve many different aspects of our health, including our gut, skin and energy.
This workshop is a blend of theory and how tos. It’s hosted by our naturopath Melissa Salmon. Not only will she show you how to make some of her favourite fermented foods and recipes, but she will also bring you some samples to try!
